Wanda Huitikka-Wipf is a Sales Representative with Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd., and has been a real estate agent for the past 9 years, selling residential homes, recreational properties, and commercial buildings. 

Wanda grew up in Fort Frances, but left for University and lived in Winnipeg for 17 years. She then returned to Fort Frances in 2011 and has lived in the Fort Frances & Rainy River area for the past 11 years. 

What Wanda loves most about living in the Fort Frances and Rainy River area are the people, the lakes, and the recreational activities that are right at your doorstep. She enjoys kayaking, gardening, and designing, and she is also involved in a non-profit charity called Best for Kitty that rescues abandoned cats and kittens in the Rainy River district.

Wanda says “Working with Century 21 has helped me further my career. I stage homes, so I am still able to get my designing fix that I love so much, and I also love working with my great clients! I really enjoy the social aspect of real estate.”
