Ian Filips is the Broker of Record at Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd., and has been a real estate agent in Kenora for approximately 20 years.

His journey began with Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd., where he worked for many years helping clients with their buying and selling needs in both the residential and recreational markets. In 2019, Ian took over the business and the company became known as Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd.

Ian has been thrilled with the experiences and opportunities that Century 21 has given him. He says that what he loves most about working in real estate is the excitement that everyday is different! Ian also notes that working with clients makes his job exciting and rewarding!

He states, “The most rewarding thing about my job is being able to connect with, and work with people. At the end of the day, it's that feeling of helping clients to achieve their goals that fulfills me and makes me happy”.

Ian was born and raised in Kenora, ON, and is proud to call Kenora his home. He has a cottage on Lake of the Woods, and loves to spend time out there whenever he can. Ian loves the beauty of Kenora, and says Northwestern Ontario is really something to be admired - the people that live here and the people that come to visit are able to take advantage of this beautiful area and add to the quality of their life.
